VMS MANAGER
> Managers work to maintain the VMS as a whole, and act as figureheads of the society.
> They will be responsible for keeping the instagram account up to date, as well as promoting interactivity within the group chats, both on Instagram and WhatsApp.
> They are encouraged to bring new ideas to the society, and help to coordinate teams and events.
> They must show leadership skills and be comfortable in answering questions and promoting the society.

This is the highest leadership position in the VMS, and previous leadership within one of our teams must be shown before applying.

PRESENTATIONS TEAM LEADERSHIP
The aim of the presentations team is to provide regular video meetings for our VMS - in the past, these have been known as our monthly meetings.
We use feedback from participants to tailor our meetings to be relevant and helpful to people, and in the past we have done meetings on work experience, Hot topics and Interviews, to name a few.
On the Presentations team, you would be working to create PowerPoint presentations on a chosen topic, and then presenting the section you have created to our VMS!

As part of the presentations team, you are able to move up through leadership roles - you will start off as a Presentation Team Member, where you will be focused on working as part of the team to complete goals and present meetings, as well as take an active role creating meeting PowerPoints.
After 3 months of commitment to this role, you are welcome to apply for the Presentations Team Manager Position. This is a leadership position with much more responsibility. You will work closely with the Team Leader to improve VMS meetings as well as set tasks and lead Team Members in creating presentations You will have a specific focus within the team such as interactivity, or implementing feedback.
After 6 months of commitment, you will be eligible to apply for the Team Leader position (should it be open), or the deputy team leader position if not. The Team Leader coordinates the whole team, implements feedback, and must show exceptional leadership skills.
